Fiat Braking and Suspension Check

Almost 20% of MOT checks fail because of problems with the brakes and suspension, so it's important to make sure that your Fiat's braking and suspension system is in the best condition possible.

Our Fiat braking and suspension check consists of:​

• Looking at the front brake pads and discs
  
• Checking serviceability of the rear brakes shoes as well as the drums, discs or pads
  
• Ensuring the condition of flexible brake hoses and fixed lines (where possible)
  
• Looking at the wear and tear of your Fiat's braking cables and handbrake
  
• Ensuring the brake fluid level is correct and topping up where necessary
  
• Checking the front shock absorbers and the condition of the springs
  
• Looking at the rear and front suspension
  
• Ensuring the wheel bearings don't have excess movement or play in them​​

Our Fiat-trained technicians will carry out the work and then inform you if further work is needed.
