Sanjay Sobte, Vipen’s nephew, leads our Slough dealership and is a key figure in the group’s success. Having started as a salesman at Thames Motor Group in 1986, Sanjay worked his way up through the ranks to become the Dealer Principal and later, Managing Director of Thames Slough. Under his stewardship, Thames Slough has flourished, becoming one of the top-selling dealerships for Fiat and Abarth in the UK since 2000. Sanjay’s hands-on approach and passion for the motor industry have helped solidify our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. He also oversees the sales team in Tunbridge Wells, ensuring a seamless experience across both locations.
In 2001, Kevin Khanna, Vipen’s son, became the youngest Dealer Principal in the UK when he was appointed to lead our Tunbridge Wells dealership. Kevin’s business acumen helped shape the dealership into a customer-focused franchise, known for its dedication to service and satisfaction. In 2015, Kevin transitioned to the property side of the business, prompting Natasha Khanna, Vipen’s daughter, to take over as Dealer Principal. With nearly 20 years of experience in HR and 13 years running the company’s car rental division, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge to the Tunbridge Wells team. Her focus on people management and customer service ensures that every client enjoys a personalised and attentive experience.
