Due to the current Covid-19 situation we've made some important changes to our processes in order to keep our staff and customers safe. Please read the below before bringing your vehicle to the dealership.
Only 1 person per vehicle booked in will be permitted to come into the service area and will be asked to keep 2m apart from all other customers and staff.
Due to the increased cleaning and sanitising process required, there will be a £15 charge for the use of a loan vehicle which includes the insurance cover. Alternatively, we will be able to offer a collection and delivery service in the local area only for £10
Customers will be required to pay any charges due by debit / credit card, ideally over the phone prior to collection to limit time spent in the dealership. Unfortunately, at this time Cash and cheques will not be accepted.
During the service or repair our technicians will use seat covers and floor mats, they will also wear gloves at all times.
Before you get your vehicle back it will be sanitised. Once the keys have been handed back to the service advisor by the cleaners, they will also be sanitised and placed in a bag until your collection.
Unfortunately, no refreshments will be available at the dealership and there will be no waiting facilities on site. If you intend to exercise and wait in the local area for the work to be completed we would recommend bringing a bottle of water or some refreshments from home.
