What to expect from Thames Motor Group

As per the recent government announcements, from 5 November there will be a temporary reduction in operations at our showrooms in Kent and Berkshire.

Our showrooms will be closed for all sales appointments, however our team will be able to assist with enquires via telephone and email. You can also reserve your new vehicle online.

Our Aftersales departments will remain fully operational, following the same covid safe practices we implemented when we re-opened on 1 June. These practices include:

  • Clear and informative signage
  • Sanitising stations
  • Protective screens
  • PPE including gloves and masks
  • New vehicle sanitising protocols
  • And much more…

When it’s time for you to visit, you should make an appointment. This allows the team to manage the number of people on site at any one time and ensure you get the best possible experience. We also ask that you wear a face covering when visiting the showroom.
