Jeep lifts the lid on 75th anniversary special edition models

Jeep 75th Anniversary Range

Last year saw Jeep sales in the UK hit a new peak, and the iconic American brand is showing no signs of slowing down. The firm has just announced it will celebrate its 75th anniversary with the release of a new range of limited edition models.

Jeep is to produce special editions of all its current production models, with the new cars set to arrive at Thames Motor Group's showrooms during the second quarter of this year. A total of 8,000 units will be made available across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, all of which will sport a brand new livery.

According to the manufacturer, all anniversary models will feature a distinctive Jeep Green exterior, Satin Bronze wheels, plus bronze and orange-coloured exterior accents. Each will be fitted with 75th anniversary badging, as well as an exclusive interior with seats sporting the 75th anniversary logo.

Jeep brand chief Mike Manley said: "Jeep vehicles have defined the authentic SUV and set the benchmark for off-road capability and freedom since they were first produced in 1941. Today, Jeep SUVs continue to deliver 4x4 leadership, as well as fuel efficiency, world-class craftsmanship and premium on-road dynamics.

"In honour of the brand's 75th anniversary, we have created eye-catching, special-edition models of each vehicle in our line-up that celebrate the unparalleled history of the legendary Jeep brand."
