Transaction Manager

We are recruiting a Transaction Manager to join our Sales team supporting the Sales Manager at our brand centre in Tunbridge Wells.

Thames Motor Group are main dealers for the exciting brands - Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Leapmotor. We are a well-established, family owned and run company, based on the North Farm Industrial Estate, Tunbridge Wells, Kent as well as Slough, Berkshire.

Person Specification:

• Strong sales experience within the automotive sector
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and customer service skills
• Professional in conduct and appearance
• A determination to succeed, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• A full, clean drivers’ licence for at least 1 year

Previous experience of managing a team in a similar role would be beneficial

Experience of Stellantis systems and processes would be an advantage
