At every Thames Motor Group dealership, we keep a wide range of tyres in stock to suit the needs of local drivers. Our selection includes Bridgestone, Continental, Dunlop, Goodyear and Michelin.
We understand that replacing tyres can sometimes be costly, which is why we also stock quality value tyres. If that wasn’t enough, should you find identical tyres for less elsewhere, we’ll be happy to price match.
It’s not always easy to work out which tyres you need to buy for your vehicle. That’s why our team members and technicians are on hand to guide you and suggest options. No matter which tyres you pick, they must comply with the legal UK requirements for their intended purpose – different vehicles need different types. You’ll also need to make sure that they’re inflated correctly.
The minimum legal tread level is 1.6 millimetres, across the full circumference of the tyre and three-quarters of the width. We always advise you change your tyres before they reach this limit. At lower treads, tyres have more difficulty gripping the road; in wet and dry conditions, this impacts your safety.
