Changes in our process in line with social distancing and the current Covid-19 situation

In order to keep our staff and customers safe, we have amended some of our processes. Please read the below before bringing your vehicle to the dealership.

We ask that if you, anyone in your household or anyone that has travelled in your car, has been unwell or showing Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days you do not visit the dealership or request a collection and delivery service for your car.

Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (for example wellies, coats, lose Coins, umbrella’s, drinks etc).

Only 1 person per vehicle booked in will be permitted to come into the service area and will be asked to keep 2m apart from all other customers and staff.

We ask that you make a note of your vehicle mileage and bring your service book into reception, please turn off the heating / air conditioning in your car.

Due to the increased cleaning and sanitising process required, there will be a £20 charge for the use of a loan vehicle which includes the insurance cover. Alternatively, we will be able to offer a collection and delivery service in the local area starting from only £10

Customers will be required to pay any charges due by bank transfer or debit / credit card, ideally over the phone prior to collection to limit time spent in the dealership. Unfortunately, at this time Cash and cheques will not be accepted.

During the service or repair our technicians will use seat covers and floor mats, they will also wear gloves at all times.

Before you get your vehicle back it will be sanitised. Once the keys have been handed back to the service advisor by the cleaners, they will also be sanitised and placed in a bag until your collection.

Unfortunately, no refreshments will be available at the dealership and there will be no waiting facilities on site. If you intend to visit the local shops or exercise and wait in the local area for the work to be completed, we would recommend bringing a bottle of water or some refreshments from home.
