Our employee longevity is a testament to this with many of our team members having been with the Company for over 10 years. We have supplied and maintained vehicles to multiple generations of families who travel from miles around to see us.
Customer experience
We aim to provide a choice for our customers and we believe, given the Brands that we represent we have a vehicle for every member of your family. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a consistently high level of customer service, which is reflected in our customer satisfaction index measured by the manufacturer and Feefo; an independent on line merchant review facility. However we accept on some occasions that things do not go as smoothly as we would like. If you have had an experience which you are not completely satisfied with; we value your feedback on how we could have improved the service we provided.
