Trainee Sales Administrator

Thames Motor Group is a family owned business with dealerships in Slough and Tunbridge Wells representing Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat Professional Jeep, Leapmotor, Peugeot, Omoda and Jaecoo. We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Administrator to support our sales team at our Slough location.

Role Overview:
As a Trainee Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organisational skills and a desire to start a career in automotive sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales administration tasks, including data entry and document preparation
  • Process and file sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner
  • Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative duties
  • Maintain and update sales records and databases

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
