Trainee Sales Administrator
Thames Motor Group is a family owned business with dealerships in Slough and Tunbridge Wells representing Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat Professional Jeep, Leapmotor, Peugeot, Omoda and Jaecoo. We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Administrator to support our sales team at our Slough location.
Role Overview:
As a Trainee Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organisational skills and a desire to start a career in automotive sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sales administration tasks, including data entry and document preparation

Process and file sales paperwork accurately and efficiently

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner

Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative duties

Maintain and update sales records and databases
