An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Administrator / Receptionist to join our successful team at Slough.

Thames Motor Group is a family owned business with dealerships in Slough and Tunbridge Wells representing Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat Professional and Jeep. We pride ourselves on giving our customers first class service so attention to detail is paramount to this role.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, sociable, enthusiastic, polite, have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team and have common sense.

The Job

  • Covering main reception
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Transferring calls
  • Taking clear messages
  • Talking to customers coming into the dealership
  • Making tea / coffee
  • Keeping waiting area tidy
  • Sales and Accounts
  • Data input
  • Invoicing
  • Taxing
  • Banking
  • Filing

Training in full will be given onsite.
