Service Advisor

Job Description:

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic advisor to join our award - winning Aftersales team.

Thames Motor Group is a family run, multi-franchise dealer group on the North Farm Industrial Estate in Tunbridge Wells. We represent fun and exciting brands; Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Fiat. We pride ourselves on giving our customers first class service, so customer care is paramount to this role.

We are preferably looking for someone who has some experience within the motor trade and is used to a customer facing role.

The successful candidate will be supporting the existing Aftersales team in both parts and service, working effectively to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction.

Works well as part of a team
A full UK driving licence
GCSE Maths & English
Smart appearance
A good communicator, both written and verbal
Attention to detail

Full Driving Licence is required.
