An opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our successful team at Thames Motor Group (Slough) for maternity cover which will be up to 12 months. We have dealerships in Slough and Tunbridge Wells representing as main dealers for Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat Professional and Jeep.
We pride ourselves on giving our customers first class service so customer care is paramount to this role.
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team, caring for our customers.
The role will involve working effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
The successful candidate will also have the following attributes;
• Be customer focused
• Good general standards of education (preferably in English and Maths)
• Excellent communication and software skills
• Be enthusiastic and passionate
• Results driven
• Full Drivers License
