We are now seeking a driven, commercially focused Brand Manager to lead our Nissan franchise. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role within our busy, high‑volume dealership—perfect for someone passionate about sales leadership, customer experience and delivering outstanding performance.

About the Role

As Nissan Brand Manager, you will take full responsibility for driving the brand’s sales performance, customer journey, standards and operational discipline. This is a selling role, and you will personally contribute to achieving the monthly sales objectives while motivating and supporting the wider team.

You will report directly to the General Manager and Directors, ensuring strict adherence to daily operating controls and maintaining excellent relationships with the manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.

  • Personally contribute to the monthly sales targets leading by example and embracing the sales process.
  • Manage CRM performance, lead management and enquiry follow‑up, driving strong conversion rates.
  • Oversee compliance, stock management, used car buying, and finance & insurance product performance.
  • Drive improvements across NPS and CSI, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure all vehicles are presented to an exceptional standard, aligned with Nissan’s used car programme.
  • Maintain effective communication with the manufacturer, meeting all brand standards and KPIs.
  • Deliver accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting to senior management.
  • Support a culture of professionalism, disciplined processes and continuous improvement.

About You

Proven experience leading a successful sales team in a high-volume automotive dealership is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of CRM, lead management, sales processes and compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in used car buying, stocking strategy and managing F\&I products.
  • A confident closer with excellent personal sales ability and leadership qualities.
  • Commercially focused, organised and committed to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

This role may suit an experienced Transaction Manager or Business Manager ready to step up into full brand leadership.
