About the Role

Thames Motor Group Tunbridge Wells is looking for a skilled Master Technician to join our expanding workshop team. With our new Nissan franchise now live, this is a great opportunity for either:

• An experienced Master Technician (Nissan experience ideal), or
• A Senior Technician ready to train and progress to Master Tech level.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out complex diagnostics, fault finding, and high-level repairs
• Support the workshop team with technical expertise
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards
• Complete documentation accurately and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
• Nissan brand experience (preferred, not essential)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
• MOT Tester certification (advantage, not essential)
• A positive, proactive approach and commitment to high standards
