General Sales Manager

Thames Motor Group are main dealers for the exciting brands - Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo and Jeep. We are well established and based on the North Farm Industrial Estate, Tunbridge Wells, Kent as well as Slough, Berkshire.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, professional and motivated individual to work within our management team at our brand centre in Tunbridge Wells.

The successful candidate will join our busy, multi franchise site to drive the business, lead and motivate the team.

The purpose of this role is to generate growth within the business in order to reach the sales and profit targets of the dealership.

Main activities include developing and motivating the current Brand Managers and sales team. Managing all the department activities, buying and selling used car stock, setting, tracking and meeting KPI objectives. Satisfying and retaining existing customers whilst developing new customer opportunities, as well as working effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

You must be customer focused, a great team leader and results driven with a background as a General Sales Manager. Experience of Stellantis systems and processes would be an advantage.
