Motability eligibility checker The Motability Scheme is available to drivers who receive a qualifying disability allowance. This includes the Enhanced Rate Mobility part of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), the Higher Rate Mobility part of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), and similar mobility-related allowances. You’ll need at least 12 months remaining on your award to apply.
