Professional Days’ Black Friday Promotion

Full T&Cs

1. The “Promoter” is Stellantis UK Limited (in respect of Fiat Professional), with registered address at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND. The Promoter is a member of the Stellantis N.V. group of companies.
2. The ‘Black Friday’ promotion (the “Promotion”) is a £1,000 (excluding VAT) discount off the OTR price for orders of new current model light commercial vehicles placed with a participating Fiat Professional retailer (“Participating Retailer”) between Friday 14 November and Sunday 30 November 2025 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions.
4. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by the business customer of these terms and conditions, the Promotor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude the business customer from participating in this Promotion.
5. The Promotion is available during the Promotion Period only.
6. Promotion is available in the UK only (excluding the Channel Islands).
7. Promotion is available on Petrol, Diesel & BEVs (Battery Electric Vehicles).
8. Promotion on selected stock.
9. Promotion excludes pre-registered vehicles.
10. The Promotion may be used in conjunction with other current promotions and discounts.
11. To qualify for the Promotion, the business customer must:
    1. attend a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period;
    2. be a business user that operates up to 50 vehicles in their business fleet (this will include (but is not limited to) sole traders & Small Medium Enterprises);
    3. be a permanent UK resident or, if a company, be registered in the UK;
    4. order a new current model light commercial vehicle (Model Year 24 -26) during the Promotion Period;
    5. provide contact details, including name, email address, post code and contact number; and
    6. not be an employee of Vauxhall Motors Limited, Citroën UK Limited, Stellantis UK Limited, Peugeot Motor Company PLC, or Stellantis N.V. group of companies, their immediate families, Stellantis N.V. group authorised retailers or agencies.
12. Vehicle must be registered by 31st March 2026, unless subject to a delay caused by the Promoter.
13. Promotion applies to outright purchase, business contract purchase, conditional sale, business contract hire & business finance lease purchases. Where a finance or leasing quote is provided, and the additional £1,000 discount is proposed into the quote, the validity of this quote will not extend beyond the 30th November 2025.
14. The Promotion is not redeemable against any purchases other than new current model light commercial vehicles.
15. No cash alternative to the £1,000 discount will be offered. The discount is not exchangeable (cannot be swapped for anything of equal or lesser value) and non-transferable to any other party or location.
16. The discount has no monetary value, and monies will not be refunded should the new vehicle order be subsequently cancelled.
17. Personal data and marketing:
    1. Business customers who consent to marketing communications from the Promoter may receive future communications related to Stellantis products, promotions, and offers.
    2. Business customers are providing their information to the Promoter and members of Stellantis N.V. group of companies, and not to any other party unless otherwise stated. The administration of the Promotion is a requested service as specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy (Fiat Professional Privacy Policy).
    3. In order to administer the Promotion, the Promoter, and an associated agency on behalf of the Promoter, will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details.

19. Business customers are responsible for providing accurate details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to require valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the business customer prior to honouring the Promotion terms.
21. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between the business customer, the Participating Retailer and the Promoter relating to this Promotion and supersede any prior agreements between the business customer, the Participating Retailer, and the Promoter relating to this Promotion. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time, but will seek to provide notice where possible.
23. Neither the Promoter nor its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Promotion. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Business customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
24. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
    

Fiat Professional Complimentary EV charger offer. Subject to availability. Participating Retailers only. Applies to qualifying new e-LCV vehicles ordered between 01/10/2025 and 31/12/2025. Offer correct at time of publication. Offer covers residential installations for SME Business customers at their home address only; Sole Traders, Small & Medium Enterprises. Offer does not apply to commercial installations. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Fiat Professional will support the supply of a complimentary EV charger with standard installation at a mainland GB residential address, up to the value of £1050 (incl. VAT) / £875 (excl. VAT) through Free2move Charge and installed by Octopus Energy. The EV charger offer applies only to Free2move Charge installations through Octopus Energy. Charger installed will be an Ohme EV charger with either 5m or 8m charging cable. Offer includes standard installation cost only. If the customer requires a standard plus or enhanced installation, the customer will need to fulfil any additional costs over £1050 (including VAT) directly to Octopus Energy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all required third party permissions are sought in relation to the installation of the EV charger at their address. Fiat Professional reserves the right to amend the specification of the EV charger, or offer an alternative promotional product of equal or greater value, and to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
