Meet the new Fiat 500. This funky city car is just as much fun as the iconic original but thanks to no fewer than 1,800 updates, it's now even better looking, more efficient than ever and comes packed with the latest technology.
A revised engine line-up includes the fantastic TwinAir 0.9. It's available with 85bhp meaning you'll have plenty of power to play with, plus fuel consumption of up to 74.3mpg requires fewer trips to the pumps. All the engines have been redesigned to meet the latest Euro 6 emissions standards, so the new Fiat 500 is kinder to the environment too.
Guaranteed to put a smile on your face, the new Fiat 500 is great fun to drive, easy to park in tight spaces and incredibly safe too. In fact, it's one of the safest cars in its segment thanks to clever driver aids including ABS, advanced electronic stability control and a total of seven airbags as standard.
The new Fiat 500 is absolutely bursting with innovative technology. Pop and Pop Star trims come with a radio system featuring six speakers, USB and AUX ports, plus steering wheel-mounted controls. Lounge trim models are equipped with a five-inch touchscreen radio that has Bluetooth® connectivity for hands-free calls and music streaming, along with access to Uconnect™ LIVE for real-time information and entertainment services. Integrated TomTom satnav and DAB radio are also available.
Clever fuel saving start/stop technology is there to support the range of environment-friendly, Euro 6-compliant engines. They shut off automatically if you're held up in traffic, meaning lower emissions and a car that's cheaper to run.
Chic, retro design is what the Fiat 500 is all about and the new version remains true to its roots, while bringing the model right up-to-date. The classic circular headlights now feature new technology and LED daytime running lights to improve visibility and safety. There are new-look tail lights as well to help the rear of the car stand out from the crowd.
Fresh bumpers give the model an even cheekier look, plus you'll find new alloy wheel designs and a palette of 13 colours to choose from. Personalise the look of your city car even further by opting for one of Fiat's new Second Skin design themes.
Just as sleek as the exterior, the cabin of the new Fiat 500 is bursting with urban cool. You'll find new-look air vents and chrome detailing, plus updated upholstery on the seats and door panels. Keep your belongings together in the new closing glove compartment and personalise the look of your car by choosing from numerous colour options and themes, which now include four leather interior options. Compact dimensions ensure the Fiat 500 is perfect for urban driving, but the clever use of interior space means there's plenty of space for you and your passengers.
